For Hi-Tech engineering the spare parts are "transparent": they are provided in the technical documentation supplied together with the equipment, with lists that contain all the necessary data, so that the customer is not obliged to ask only from the equipment’s manufacturer.

All “market” items are clearly written with the correct codification of the manufacturer of the part: therefore, the customer is free to address his usual suppliers.

The Spare Parts Service goes even further: it is always possible for the customer to order a lot of spare parts or a single piece, enjoying, however, particularly interesting economic conditions (that as end user, would be greatly reduced).

It is possible for the customer, during the purchase of the installation, to have a list of pieces and then have a "strategic" spare parts inventory, always available, in order to avoid unnecessary production stops.

A constructive approach towards preventive / predictive maintenance (accordingly planned) and the prompt purchase of spare parts, allow to the customer to operate under the best possible conditions, and safeguard quality, continuity and reliability of the process.
