Air quench

Following the most demanding rules of the market, parts need to be subjected to the process of air-quench (both cylinder heads, and structural parts).
The process is delicate and requires a strong experience and laboratory tests before the development of the project.
The direction of the flow, adjust by inverters, hot air expulsion, are critical elements in the process of air quenching.
Some construction details:
- handling of type "samba" (forward/backward) of basket during air quench operation
- side air flow, or from top to bottom, or from bottom to top, or mixed flow
- flow channels dedicated to each floor of baskets or alternatively stacking baskets before the air quench
- managed systems for temperature regulation (heating during winter, hot air evacuation)
- filtration of the air coming out, prior to the emission into atmosphere
- video monitoring systems with thermocamera during the air flow regulation
