Each installation designed by Hi-tech engineering is equipped with an automation system: starting from the simplest, where the operator attending the equipment machine, interacts and intervenes on the system, till arriving to the most complex and evolved which is fully automatic, monitored by cameras.
The automation system ensures the continuity of the process, repeatability and reliability in all operations.
The possibilities of automation can be customized according to the customer and to the product: Hi-tech engineering takes into account the needs and realities of the end user and develops the architecture of automation in close collaboration with the customer.
Even the supervision on the process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, and all the parameters that must be proved by a report) follows the same procedure: according to the relevant regulations and requirements of the customer, Hi-Tech engineering produces integrated control systems able to satisfy the user demands.
All the systems are also provided with a process control system that covers a wide range: from simple supervising of the temperatures to computerized evolved systems, able to manage and monitor thousands of parameters, provide digital and paper process documentation, interface with centralized management systems.
Reports, charts, comparisons, tests and cards can be processed and stored in all forms that regulations and customer demand require.
