Heat Treatment Equipment

More than twenty years of experience in the construction of plants for heat treatment of aluminum, has allowed us to develop a wide range of installations, suited to a wide variety of applications and products.

Although these installations were born for the treatment of cylinder heads and engine blocks, currently they are also addressed to structural parts of the automotive industry in order to reduce weight and thus atmospheric emissions of new cars.

T5 (only aging) or T6 (solution – quench – aging) heat treatments are the main processes in the field of aluminum.

Cylinder heads, engine blocks, transmission housings, longitudinal beams, B-pillars, shock towers ... are some of the elements that customers treat in our installations.

Our equipment is simply placed on the floor, without any need for civil engineering works.
