This service is offered also beyond the expiry of the warranty period, at rates that are agreed beforehand with the customer.

It is also possible to agree upon a contract for Technical Assistance with customized solutions to suit any needs of the Customer.

Our systems, moreover, are designed to be "evolutive" both from the construction and management point of view: the purchase, for example, of a basic package of automation and process is a starting point and can be implemented even many years later.

Also the supply of a “base batch line” (a furnace, a charging machine and a quench system, for example) allows implementation with future equipment, without changing the initial investment: the addition of a furnace or another machine involves the simple "physical" positioning of the machine and an update of the management part, with very competitive cost and time.
