Energy Efficiency and Solutions for the Environment

Hi-Tech engineering believes that the production system of its equipment and installations themselves have to be designed with the utmost attention to the environment.

The design of the system is influenced by the choice of solutions that reduce fuel consumption, decrease and recycle as much as possible the natural resources. Here are some examples:

• the use of special burners with heat recovery together with combustion management software designed and built by Hi-Tech engineering itself: this allows significantly reduced emissions and state-of-the art systems, highly superior to the standard values.


• make use of closed loop cooling systems: this means to drastically reduce the amount of industrial water use, while the possibility of directing the flow of hot air coming from the controlled cooling system may allow heating, even only partially, the factories during the cold seasons.


• Hi-Tech engineering uses fully recyclable materials, such as steel, light alloys and water-based paintings.


• for the insulation of the furnaces, we use a type of fiber so-called "low bio persistence": this one has the undeniable advantage of being handled with less complex methods with respect to classical refractory ceramic fiber.


• the use of electric motors with high energy efficiency and the proper use of inverters: this choice allows a significant reduction in consumption.
