Handling Equipment
The charging machine (also known as “loader”) is the equipment that allows the handling of the loads inside the batch lines.
It consists of a base, translating on rails on the floor, equipped with a carriage which grants the lifting, loading and unloading of the charges.
Optionally, the charging machine can also be designed in a self-rotating version to serve two opposite sides of heat treatment equipment.
The machine is shaped by us in different sizes, starting from small ones for loads of a few tons, up to those able to manage charges of 60 tons.
These machines can be automated at different levels, starting from manual up to fully automatic systems.
