Furnaces are tunnel type, exclusive roller movement without any mechanical parts and internal actuations (such as wheels or chains).

Some construction details:

- roller moving "step by step", of piles of stacked and twinned baskets;

- two intermediate doors bordering the heating area from soaking area, and soaking area from exit area (thus avoiding contamination of soaking temperature);

- provided with gas or electric heating elements placed within protected areas and thermally insulated, to ensure the absence of contact, even only of radiant heat, with parts under treatment;

- internal air flow, from top to bottom, through the pieces, thanks to special fans of uniformization; return of air within dedicated side channels;

- system for sand collection at only one point;

- the bottom of the furnace may be lowered for easy to maintenance and cleaning

- heating tests in our plant before shipping
