Hi-Tech engineering heat treatment installations are able to perform, depending on the materials, process such as:
The range of heating temperatures of the furnaces goes from 100°C up to 1.300°C.
- Hardening and tempering;
- Normalization;
- Globular annealing , isothermal, soft annealing;
- Direct quenching, “interrupted”, isothermal;
- Tempering;
- Stress-relieving;
- Solution of light alloys and duplex and super duplex steels;
- Aging for light alloys (natural, artificial);
- Heating for steel hot pressing;
- Cryogenic treatments down to – 120° C;
- Specific treatments on request of the customer.
